We provide a free independent service - we don't represent you or ACC. Instead, we use our expertise differently to resolve disputes.
If you've had an injury and have been in touch with ACC about a concern or issue, then we might be able to help. We start by getting you and ACC to agree to try to resolve the dispute. If you haven't already got the dispute resolution process underway, then the first thing you need to do is to contact us or contact ACC about using our service.
