Accident Compensation Act 2001
The law about the Accident Compensation system is called the Accident Compensation Act 2001.
We are an acknowledged leader in ADR and have be a preferred provider of pre-review hearing consensus-based dispute resolution services for ACC since 2019.
No regulations have been made about alternative dispute resolution so the law explains that there must be an agreement reached on how dispute resolution will be done. We do this in our Agreement to use Talk – Meet – Resolve.
