Sending documents to us
Once you have requested to use our service with us, we will raise this with ACC to see if they agree. ACC may get in touch with you to discuss the option of conciliation.
Once you and ACC have agreed to use our service, we will write to you and explain what happens next. We will also explain how to send information to us and any other forms we need you to send us.
