We know that the formal legal process can be challenging so we developed our Talk – Meet – Resolve approach. This is a way that everyone involved can have their say and engage effectively and help find solutions that reach everyone's goals. We know people want problems solved in a timely manner so we try this approach first.
We use our expertise to provide a service to try to help everyone involved quickly reach an agreement without the need for a formal decision. Most disputes resolve using this process, but sometimes agreement can't be reached. If an agreement is not possible using our Talk – Meet – Resolve process, you and ACC can discuss other options including a review.
